HOW MUCH DOES A TRANSLATION COST?

Prices vary depending on the length of a text (number of words), the difficulty of the subject matter, and the format.


HOW DO I GET A FREE ESTIMATE?

Just send us an email and we will answer within the hour. Or, you are welcome to phone us or send us a fax.


HOW DO I PAY?

We accept the following payment methods:

Credit card on our secure server

Bank transfer (fees are your responsibility)

Postal account transfer


WHEN MUST I PAY?

Payment is required within five days of receiving your translated document, barring any prior agreement. When you receive your document, you will also receive an invoice in the same . This invoice will provide you with all the necessary information for payment; you may print it for your records. Please note, we will NOT send you a hard copy of the invoice by standard mail.

For new clients with more than 500,00 CAD worth of work, we request a deposit.

HOW CAN I SEND MY DOCUMENT?

If the document can be sent electronically, you can place your entire order online or via to email@asiatis.ca and simply attach the file. If your document only exists in hard copy, please send it to us via fax, mail, or express mail


HOW CAN I SEND LARGE FILES OF MORE THAN 2.5 MB?

We can usually accommodate files by up to 5 MB. In any case, we can also grant you access through a personalized FTP server to accommodate larger files.
